damien gen(London). Returns Policy

damien gen(London) will be happy to exchange or refund you for any damien gen/Airsupport merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition within 365 days (one year) of you placing your order. The damien gen returns policy is over and above your statutory rights....!

Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery, boxer-shorts, and underwear products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us.

damien gen(London) cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns department. For your protection, we advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. We also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to damien gen.


How do I get it back to you...?

You can return items to us by emailing: backtoyou@airsupport.me.uk or backtoyou@damiengen.com and we will email you a returns form. Fill in the form (quoting your invoice number) which will ask you for details of the product you are returning and the reason for the return. Please also state clearly whether you would prefer a credit note or a refund.

If you no longer have your invoice, please enclose your order number (if you have it) as well as your name, address and contact details.

Please make sure you have paid the correct delivery costs for your package. Failing to do so may cause delays or mean that your returned items do not get to us at all.

As soon as we have received your returned item(s) we will provide you with an exchange or a refund. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt.

We will send you an email confirming your return.



What if the exchange I want is not in stock...?

If your item is not in stock we will place your item onto backorder. We will email you as soon as the item is back in stock or we will offer you a credit note or a full refund.

If the item is no longer available, we will contact you offering an alternative item or a refund.

Will you refund the cost of postage for returning my damien gen’s/Airsupport’s...?

When we have received your returned item we will exchange it or refund you for the full cost of the item.

If you have requested an exchange, we will not charge you again for shipping when we dispatch your replacement items.
